April brought a record number of home sales. “Sales in the Delaware Valley during April were up 41% over the same period last year. This is the most number of sales of any month since July, 2007”, said Art Herling, Vice President and Regional Manager of the Delaware Valley Region of Long & Foster. Year to date the region’s sales volume is up 29% over 2009.
